Beyond Gourmet Ice Cream
In addition to conceiving and formulating exotic, artisanal ice cream by the scoop, cone or pint, Quenelle also extends its innovative magic to a wide variety of unigue sweet treats and desserts, with Vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.

Throughout our history, we’ve set out to change the way you look at desserts. Ours is a unique dessert concept, blowing apart the barriers between dessert and health.
Let’s face it, nobody is going to totally stop eating desserts. So when you do decide to splurge and enjoy, we don’t want you to feel restricted from the finest flavor experience, due to dietary constraints.
At Quenelle, you can just treat yourself. Many vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options are available.

We can pretty much make anything you’re hankering for, whether you want it in a pint or an ice cream bar. Quenelle has created, or formulated by request, over 500 unique flavors.
